Our team of experienced and innovative engineers specialize in the development of door systems for the transit industry. Using this technology we can also maintain door systems, acquired by our company, dating back to 1987. CNIM France and Curtis Door Systems are pleased to announce that the 2 companies have entered on September 16, 2003 in Montréal into a new cooperation agreement under the following terms:

  • CNIM Canada Inc., a subsidiary of CNIM France, has increased its participation in the common stock of Curtis Door Systems Inc. of Plattsburgh, NY, Curtis Canada Inc. and Curtis Door Systems (UK) Ltd to a level of 75% of the common stock.  As such, CNIM Canada Inc. is now the controlling shareholder of all divisions of Curtis Door Systems Inc., Curtis Canada Inc and Curtis Door Systems (UK) Ltd.
  • This increased participation in the common stock of Curtis Door Systems reflects the interest of CNIM in the current and future activities of Curtis Door Systems.
